Depleted Thunder Defense Faces Dallas Shooting, With Mitchell and Irving Unresolved

Jalen Williams, Cason Wallace, Alex Caruso and Chet Holmgren are all listed Out. Dallas is 2-2 and coming off a 113-109 win in which Cooper Flagg had 29 points and 11 assists. The game most likely turns on whether Dallas's shooting holds up against that defense, and on whether Ajay Mitchell and Kyrie Irving play. Both are listed as questionable.

The team numbers point in different directions. Oklahoma City's defensive rating is 99.3 points per 100 possessions, rank 2, while Dallas allows 111.9, rank 19.
